The conditions for using the Vectra company website.
About this website
This website introduces Vectra, our software development capabilities and Mova, our first product under development. These terms apply to website use. They do not replace any signed project agreement or create a contract to supply development services.
Using the website
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse team invitations, interfere with the service, upload malicious content or use the contact form for spam. Do not submit information you lack authority to share.
Projects and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, project engagement, price, delivery date or service availability. Project scope, fees, payment terms, ownership of deliverables and support obligations must be agreed separately in writing. We may decline work that is outside our capabilities or availability.
Mova previews
Mova screens and descriptions show a product in development. Features, supported countries, integrations and launch timing may change. This website does not currently accept Mova payments, hold customer funds, sell tickets or make reservations. Any future app service will have its own applicable terms and privacy information.
Content and intellectual property
Vectra’s branding and original website content remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute branding, copy the website as your own or exploit protected content commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and assets belong to their respective owners.
Messages and feedback
You retain rights in the information you submit. You authorise us to receive, store and use it to respond to your request and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential project material until any necessary confidentiality agreement is in place. Unsolicited feedback does not by itself establish a paid advisory or employment relationship.
Team access
The admin dashboard is restricted to authorised Vectra team members. Invitations are personal, time-limited and subject to sign-in and access checks. Keep invitations and account credentials secure and report unexpected access. We may revoke access when membership ends or security requires it.
External services and availability
External websites, email applications and provider services operate under their own terms. Links do not guarantee their availability or endorse every item of their content. We may update, interrupt or withdraw website features. We aim for accurate information but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every preview will become a released feature.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Responsibility for a paid project is addressed in the separate project agreement. If you have a concern about this website, contact vectraservices1@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law and access to competent courts or regulators remain unaffected.
Privacy and updates
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie and local-storage information appears in the Cookie Notice. We may revise these website terms and update the date above; any separate signed agreement remains governed by its own terms.
